He had an excellent marketing plan and got a full price offer from an open house on the first weekend of the listing. That offer fell through and he got a second full price offer from a buyer who closed on the property. Jeff and his team were always there to assist us through the processes required before closing which had extra challenges since the Covid-19 concerns had increased at the same time period.
